Datacurve AI ("Datacurve," "Shipd," "we," "our," and/or "us") values the privacy of individuals who use our websites and related services (collectively, our "Services"). This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from users of our Services ("Users"). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.
We may collect a variety of information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.
When you sign up for an account, we ask you for your name, email address, phone number, a username, and password. You also have the option to provide a profile photo, profile description, date of birth, occupation, country of residence, resume, personal site, and links to your GitHub, LinkedIn, or other third-party profiles. If you sign up using a Google account, we will also receive information from Google, such as your name, email address, and profile photo.
As part of our Services, Shipd provides Users access to premium problems with potential cash rewards and access to other exclusive features. To facilitate payments to Users who qualify and participate in Shipd, we ask for banking information through our third-party payment partner. For example, we ask Users to connect their account to Stripe Express to be able to receive payouts.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide.
If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience.
When you use our Services, we infer your general location information by using your IP address. When you apply to participate in Shipd, we ask you for your country of residence.
We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, device type, device identifiers, web browser type and version, operating system version.
Our Services allows Users to post user generated content by writing or uploading code and text to create, for instance, problems, solutions, schema creations, games, riddles, and other problems for other Users to interact with. All user generated content is public by default.
We automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the pages or other content you view, referrer information, the dates and times of your visits, the problems and solutions you create and interact with, and any content you post.
We and our third-party partners collect information about your activities on our Services using cookies, pixel tags, SDKs, or other tracking technologies.
If you choose to link our Services to a third-party account, such as Google or LinkedIn, we may receive information about you, including your profile information. Our Services require you to have a Discord account connection for certain functions; when you connect to your Discord account, we collect your Discord ID and publicly available profile information.

We sell the problems and solutions created on our Services to other companies training artificial intelligence models. The revenue we receive helps fund our Services, including the cash rewards that we make available through Shipd.
We may disclose any information we receive to our current or future affiliates for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose any information we receive to vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of our Services.
Your name, username, country of residence, profile photo and description (if any), and user activity on the Services is public by default. We are not responsible for the other Users' use of available information, so you should carefully consider whether and what to post or how you identify yourself on the Services.
We use analytics services to collect and process certain analytics data.
We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others' rights, property, or safety.
We may transfer your information to service providers, advisors, potential transactional partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell, liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our assets.
You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional email messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.

However, because no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information.
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 18 years of age, and no part of our Service(s) is directed to children. If you learn that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy, then you may alert us at support@datacurve.ai.
Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended for visitors located within the United States. If you choose to use the Services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the U.S. for storage and processing.
You can update your account and profile information through your profile settings.
We will post any adjustments to the Privacy Policy on this page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted. If we materially change the ways in which we use or disclose personal information previously collected from you through the Services, we will notify you through the Services, by email, or other communication.
